The plan has been with all five of you since September 4. Today it gets walked on screen, on your own data, and you tell us where we have it wrong.
This is the single place where the work lives as it happens, for both businesses: what your accounts have reached so far, what we have caught and owned, what each of your files became, the build, and exactly where things stand today. Everything here is named, pre-verification, and carries no pricing.
Updated Thursday, September 24, ahead of today's call. Keep this link. It updates in place as the engagement moves.
Today: IR, ITR & ECG
Thursday, September 24, 2:00 pm Eastern (7:00 pm UK), on Google Meet, the invite you already have.
In the room: Tim, COO, Innovative Radiology; Josh and Kyle, partners in Innovative Radiology and Innovative TeleRadiology; Mike, Director of Business Development, Innovative Radiology; and Laura, Head of Marketing, Innovative Radiology, on your side. Dan, Founder, on ours.
What the hour is for
- One lead's journey, end to end, on screen, on your own outreach data.
- The three weeks before your next show, and what is on the calendar before the doors open.
- Laura's side: an AI marketing manager working under Laura, the website, the blog.
- ITR: the list, the routing to Heather or Jen, Bella's setup.
- The return in your numbers, and then the number.
What you will have after
- The return worked in your own figures, on the calculator on ir-brain.
- The scope and dates we agree, written up on The sessions, on this hub.
This block moves to The sessions once the call is held, with what was agreed.
The headline numbers
The first three are readbacks of what your own accounts have produced, sent to all five of you on September 4; the Georgia count is new since then. Historical, not a forecast. They stop at the reply: what happened after it, nobody can see today, us included, and the build is what makes it visible. The full picture is on The market, and what we have caught and owned is on the Verification ledger.
Where this sits
Where things stand Sep 24
- 01 · The shape, from September 3. Twelve months, not a four-month build and a handover. Months one to four carry the build, months five to twelve we run it with you, then it is yours.
- 02 · One build, both businesses. IR's build, with ITR stood up inside it in the same weeks: a second list and a second routing rule.
- 03 · Salesforce stays. Everything keeps living there. Nothing is connected to it today. The workspace sits on top through a standard API user, and that side switches on when you set one up.
- 04 · The miss that is ours. Five email replies reached Tim late, on September 15. That one is on us, and the build is how it stops happening. The detail is on the Verification ledger.
Open right now
- ITR's customers and referral sources: we ask for them today. The Georgia cut goes nowhere until it is screened against them.
- Your next show, yours. Name it, and it becomes the worked example for the three weeks before the doors open.
- The API user on Salesforce, yours. The day it exists, the Salesforce side of the build switches on.
- The write-up of today, ours. What was agreed goes onto The sessions on this hub.
Latest from the log
The full dated log is on Timeline and log.
Two lists, one machine
What your accounts have reached so far, the list IR's build works from, and ITR's first cut. Every figure here is a floor and pre-verification, never a finished send list. Before anyone is contacted, every row is checked again.
IR: what your accounts have reached, January to August
Every account that sent: Courtney's, Tanya's and Arynn's from January, then Tanya's and Arynn's on the current setup since June. Connections made this year only. Our readbacks, as sent to you on September 4. Historical results, not a forecast.
What nobody can see yet
IR: the list the build works from
About 34,000 US imaging and radiology sites sit behind IR's list, and the workspace knows them on day one. In the build, they are worked by territory on Courtney's map, each state with one owner.
ITR: Georgia first
Women's health practices with their own mammography
OB-GYN and women's health practices that run their own certified unit. They do the study with a technologist. Somebody has to read it.
Independent imaging and breast centers
Josh's "imaging centers", outside the big systems.
Community and rural hospitals
Outside the named systems: overflow, nights and vacation cover.
The big health systems and the military sites sit outside this cut. The surrounding southeast states come next, on the same method.
Verification, on the record
What we have caught and owned so far, told straight. The same discipline sits in front of every list and every send once the build runs.
The catches
ITR's first cut covered the wrong region Redone for Georgia
Josh asked on September 3 for the southeast, Georgia first, and pointed us at the FDA's own mammography list. The first cut of ITR's list that reached him covered five northeastern states. Wrong region, and ours. The Georgia cut was built on September 23, from the FDA file dated September 21: 311 certified sites.
Five email replies reached Tim late On us
Five people answered the email side of IR's outreach saying yes or asking a question, the earliest on August 31. They reached Tim on September 15, each routed to the rep who owns that state, with a number to call. They should have reached you the day they landed. As Dan wrote to Tim that day, that one is on us.
The fix is the warm-reply workflow of the build: every reply read the second it lands, into Salesforce with the conversation, and routed to the right rep with a number.
Your January to August numbers, corrected twice before they reached you Corrected
The first count left out the months on the older platform and under-reported what your accounts had done. The second counted connections from the reps' existing networks, going back years. Both were fixed before the September 4 email, so 9,419 requests and 2,592 connections mean this year's activity only.
Still open
- ITR's customers and referral sources. The Georgia cut waits on them, and nothing goes out until they are applied.
- What happened after each reply. Called, quoted, closed: nobody can see it today. The build closes it once the Salesforce API user exists.
The standard behind this page: every correction is stated where the number lives, at the moment it is found, including the ones that are ours.
Everything you sent went to work
What came from your side, and what each one became.
What each one became
Josh's ask: the whole thing, start to finish, for the group Became the plan
Written up in plain words, as asked. It became Dan's email of September 4 to all five of you, and ir-brain, with each workflow shown as it runs today and end to end.
Courtney's territory map Became the routing rule
Sent by Courtney on August 27 and forwarded by Tim the next day. Every state has one owner. The five email replies of September 15 went out split that way, and in the build every reply routes to the rep who owns its state.
Courtney's ask for your connections, with titles, states, emails and phones Became the call list
Built on August 28: your connections, and the 543 people who replied positively or neutrally, split by territory. 277 of them with a verified work email and 414 with a cell number. Where neither turned up, the LinkedIn profile is still the route in.
Laura's ask for the people engaging with IR's posts Became the engagers list
132 people who engaged with IR's posts, with contact details, collected on August 25 and with Laura and Mike since August 26. The build turns that list into follow-ups from the right rep's account.
Tim's picture of Salesforce, August 28 Became the page
Salesforce for everything. An AI inside it that gives you a list and does not remember last week's conversation. Copilot on every desk. And a tangled web between the reply and the deal. That is the islands picture on ir-brain, and the reason the build starts with the plumbing.
Josh's quote follow-up idea In the plan
In the build: quotes watched every night, a follow-up drafted in the rep's voice with the quote attached, and nothing sent without a person saying yes, exactly how Josh wanted it.
Josh's questions for ITR's buyers In the plan
Turnaround, cost, quality, capacity. ITR's messaging gets built from them in the build.
Josh's list spec, September 3 Became the Georgia cut
The southeast, Georgia first, from the FDA's own mammography list. Built on September 23: 311 certified sites in Georgia, not yet screened against ITR's customers.
One build for both businesses
In Dan's words on September 4: "This isn't about buying more software. It's about connecting what you've already paid for and putting something in the middle that reads everything, drafts everything, and remembers."
The shape
01 · Build, months one to four
Front-loaded. The Salesforce plumbing, the workspace, the lists and territory routing, the trade show lane, cleaning up Salesforce, and ITR stood up alongside.
02 · Run, months five to twelve
We run it with you so it settles in, and someone at each business is built up to own it, the way Tim runs point on the LinkedIn side today.
03 · Yours, at twelve months
The workspace, the lists, the playbooks and ITR's CRM. Nothing held back at handover.
Twelve months rather than a four-month build and a handover, agreed with Josh on September 3.
What you already have
Salesforce with everything in it. Copilot on every desk. The LinkedIn accounts we run. Warmed mailboxes on the IR side. The shows you already go to. Reps who know the market inside out. And the training handbooks, with years of machine knowledge in folders and mailboxes.
None of it talks to each other. A reply on LinkedIn is a notification on someone's phone, and Salesforce doesn't know it happened.
The workflows, as set out on September 4
- A warm reply on LinkedIn. Read the second it lands, into Salesforce with the conversation and where it came from, answered with something built for that person, routed to whoever owns the state.
- Trade shows. Three weeks out, the list split across whoever is going, a note from each of their accounts, and meetings on the calendar before the doors open, each one tagged to the show.
- Quotes going quiet. Josh's idea. Watched every night, a follow-up drafted in the rep's voice, sent only on a person's yes.
- New centers opening or hiring. A Monday list for each rep, with a number to call.
- Cleaning up Salesforce. Every contact checked, emails verified, dead ones replaced, duplicates merged, and a review sheet before anything is written back.
- Where the deal came from. Every touch on the lead, from the first message to the closed deal.
- The reps' morning. An email at 6:30 with who to call today and why. Managers get their own version.
- Out on the road. Visit notes and reminders by voice, straight onto the account.
- Laura's side. An AI marketing manager under Laura: posts from the handbooks and the real cases, the engagers list turned into follow-ups, case studies, the pre-show pieces.
- The website. A page or a post drafted from the handbooks, approved by Laura, live in minutes.
- ITR. Same machine, second list: Bella's, Jen's, Heather's and Josh's accounts, messaging from Josh's own questions, interested replies to Heather or Jen with a number to call, a CRM that ITR owns, and Bella's own marketing manager for October.
Every one is something we already run, for our own pipeline or for a client. The full version of each, today and end to end, is on ir-brain.
Salesforce, plainly
What it never does
- Send anything a person has not approved, until you decide otherwise.
- Touch a clinical system, a study or a patient record.
- Hold anything back at handover. You own the workspace, the lists and the playbooks.
The sessions: August 28, September 3, and today
The calls so far, in the words that went to the group on September 4, and today's running order. Nothing on this page is priced.
Thursday, September 24: IR, ITR & ECG
The running order
- 01 · One lead's journey, end to end, on screen, on your own outreach data.
- 02 · The three weeks before your next show. Name the show and it becomes the example.
- 03 · The workspace and Salesforce. How it reads the handbooks and sits on top of Salesforce. Described today: it switches on once you set up an API user.
- 04 · Laura's side. The marketing manager, the website, the blog.
- 05 · ITR. The list, the routing, Bella's setup.
- 06 · The return in your numbers, on the calculator on ir-brain.
- 07 · And then the number.
- 08 · You tell us where we have it wrong, and what happens next.
Thursday, September 3: Josh and Dan
- The write-up for the group. Josh asked for the whole thing, start to finish, in plain words. It became the September 4 email and ir-brain.
- The shape. Twelve months rather than a four-month build and a handover, agreed on the call.
- Trade shows. Reaching people before a show was the gap Josh named. It became the trade show workflow.
- ITR's list. Josh's spec the same day: the southeast, Georgia first, from the FDA's list.
Friday, August 28: Tim and Dan, then Josh and Dan
- Salesforce for everything. The AI inside it gives you a list, and then what? It doesn't remember last week's conversation.
- The LinkedIn side. Real business has come off it, with no clean way to put a dollar figure on it.
- The territories. Courtney's map came through the same day: every state with one owner.
- ITR. Later the same day, Josh and Dan on ITR's side of the house.
Your business case, in your numbers
The return is worked in your units, not ours. The calculator lives on ir-brain, where you put in your own figures. Nothing on it is a promise. It is arithmetic on what you tell it.
Where the money sits
The shows
The people you can reach, times the ones who accept, times the ones who will meet, gives you a full calendar before the doors open. Then your own quote rate and close rate on what those meetings become.
The backlog
The positive replies already on file, and what they are worth when each is worked with a call.
Underneath both
What goes in
- Your average quote.
- How often a quote closes.
- The shows you go to, and who you send.
The working assets
Everything lives at the same links and updates in place. Nothing goes stale in an inbox.
The links
This hub
The single front door for both businesses. Every asset above is linked from here, and this page is rebuilt as the engagement moves, so the link you have is always current.
From the first LinkedIn message to today's call, on the record
Every step dated.
The road so far
The build log
Who is in this, and how it runs
The room
Innovative Radiology and Innovative TeleRadiology
Enquirer Consulting Group
Named in the plan at ITR: Bella on marketing, and Heather and Jen taking the interested replies. Questions any time, straight to Dan.
How access works
One front door
This hub and ir-brain live on our domain and update in place. The links you already have stay the links. Behind ECG sits a network of specialists across the disciplines, and you never manage any of them: one contractor, one point of contact.
Your data
Your outreach data is open to you through a read-only data connection, its key with Tim since August 29, and the conversations sit on the portal on Tim's sign-in; the rest of you can be added. Salesforce joins when you set up an API user. Nothing touches Salesforce before then.
